that i have a double rifle? I thought not. Hey, I have a double rifle!Anyway. I was an enabler of the first water today, I went out to the regular gunshop run with Partner, and they had a nice M1a at Blythes; Partner has been lusting after it a while and they dropped the price; I asked if they would drop it another $150, and they said they woud, and partner took out his wallet so fast it broke the sound barrier. So now partner has a rifle he feels about the way I feel about my double; it’s like having a huge wiener, you just want to take it out and show it to everyone.

Any of the M1 series, M1 Garand, M1a, M1 carbine, M2 carbine are battle instruments worthy of pride. They speak of sweat, blood, sacrifice and yes freedom. Every American should own one if just to teach them humility. – – – Well almost every American, some will need a ride out of town on a rail covered with tar & feathers to teach them humility.

Awww man…. both are weapons I would love to own. Never had a double rifle, and the ‘M1A’ I owned was the Norinco version.
Sigh….. in time perhaps.

When you get tired of that double rifle, I still have the Winchester pre-’64 mint condition Model 94 in the safe.
My current 45-70 has only one barrel, thus is only half as fine as yours :-(

Point taken, although it makes me wonder: If porn’s so big, why do we still have indecent exposure laws? Serious question.

Yeah, but actually HAVING a huge wiener is better than any substitute like a double rifle.
