Most of the swelling is gone where I hit myself with a rake. Root of eyetooth on the right side is a bit sore, blame it on our babboon ancestors.
Went to the school my daughter wants to attend for the open house today. Hope to God she gets some financial aid, the monthly nut is the same as my house payment. And this is HIGH SCHOOL.
I’m so screwed. I’m gonna have to get a second gig.
And the nut is only the start of the cost.

Private school is very expensive, but it’ll be worth it. Just don’t let them take your nuts as payment for the monthly nut and all of the extracurricular nuts.
One thing that drove me up the wall when kids were in school was when son was in orchestra. Teacher decided that all the string players HAD to have a certain brand concert-quality strings even for practice; a violin set was $40.
Let’s say she got told ‘no’. Bitch seemed to think that if the kid was in orchestra NOTHING else counted except finding money for those strings, last minute “Bring X dollars for Y tomorrow” crap and so forth.
