Damn, Massad Ayoob has a blog!
I don’t know what the hardcore gunnies think of him, and I don’t know anything about him except what he has written, but I like a lot of what he writes.
This piece about the Win 94 is particularly nice, and the example in question is a fine one. And the way he writes about the rifle tells me he has the heart of a gunnie, anyway.
Massad Ayoob is cool. I don’t think I count as a hardcore gunnie though.
He’s been blogging at BW for a while; he also has a good write up on something in each issue, as well as his detail work in the “Ayoob Files” of past crimes & other shooting legalities.

I don’t know if he is active still, be he was a cop. Detective, I think. He has been on BWH for a while. I had figured you all knew him. His writing on pump shotguns needs to be read. Best defense weapon period.
