at least that’s what the folks at Adobe must think every time I try to open one of their PDF files. because it invariably locks the computer and only using Task Mangler will shut down the offending file. Like anything “universal”, it only succeeds in making everything halfassed. Sorta like running Apple products on a PC; I think the developers deliberately fill the packages with bloat just so they can say ‘oh, you’d never have those problems on an Apple!!
I swear the folks at Adobe are just trying to bring western civilization to it’s knees.

I have a mac and I too have pdf issues….

It’s a team effort – Adobe drains civilization’s will to live and Power Point applies the coup de grace.
Having done peer tech support for Adobe, I can speak with a quasi-inside perspective. You should never attribute to malice what can be lain off to stupidity and incompetence.

Dude, uninstall that POS and try Foxit reader. Works great for me.
