Have it your way!
I was picking up a coffee at the Burger King a few minutes ago, and witnessed a… pharmaceutical transaction taking place in the parking lot.
Sure enough, they came inside aftwerwards for some of those cinnamon bun things.

This made me giggle.
This morning the Missus rassled me and the dog out of bed to go to Mickey Dee’s for the best breakfast on the planet, the Egg ‘N Sausage Muffin Sammige with a cuppa McD’s coffee. As we pulled in we saw the local Gendarmerie in their car in the drive thru. Near to them in the parking lot was a car in which a shall we say, “Undocumented Rx Transaction,” was being consummated. The Po-leese, noting the activity, shook their heads, turned on all the pretty blue and red lights, at which time the Po-leese dude on the passenger side got out, drew his sidearm, walked around to the driver’s side of the Mobile Pharmacy as his partner backed the cruiser behind said Mobile Pharmacy, blocking it’s escape. Much hilarity ensued, featuring loud, foul language, summoning of more Police then CPS, as pre-skool age chirruns were in carseats in the back of the Mobile Pharmacy.
I venture to guess some folks’ entire morning was ruined.
Meanwhile the Missus, Dog, and I pulled around to the opposite side of the store, then we two leggers went inside to enjoy our breakfast and the show from the comfort of a booth.

I’m surprised you didn’t see the drive-through itself used for Big Pharma activity. Once, someone put a bag of “something” in the tube at the bank by the tracks on Broadway in Glen Park. The wrong teller got the tube with the non-monetary unit, hit the silent alarm, and someone’s Day Minder got cleared of appointments for the rest of the say, save “jail.”
There was a BK not so far from me that probably had more business in the parking lot than it ever did at the counter. Probably why it closed.
