The weight
One of my favorite old Band songs, here with Levon Helm and John Hiatt.
Levon has kicked Cancer’s ass several times, and his music still feels like coming to Jesus.
And now I feel the weight has been planted squarely on my shoulders, as one of my suppliers has associated itself with it’s polar opposite; imagine Yoko Ono showing up at the above recording session with an accordion and a chainsaw and you kind of get the idea.
May God have mercy on my soul.

One of your suppliers associated with Yoko Ono?
Sounds like an idea concocted by Phil, the Prince of Insufficient Light. All thats missing are the midgets manning the accordions (yes, she had midgets on stage when she was doing her … uh… “performance art” a long time ago…).
I’ve always been a fan of Levon. His musical journey through life reads like a fairy tale. When he played Loretta Lynn’s father in Coal Miner’s Daughter I was doubly impressed. Authenticity. Pretty good way to describe his talents.
