Bluing day!
have an old Remington falling block to blue. Hopefully it’ll all go well. have to go get some carb cleaner to remove the oil and wash out the muratic acid tank, and then I need to find the bluing thermometer and the rubber gloves, and make sure I have some white vinegar on hand. And the hood. Damn, I better get a fan too.
So, how’d it come out?
Good. I mean, it was a rusted old hulk, and I cleaned it up the best I could, but it’s at least blue now
