The man’s voice is incredible. He’s still around, still a gospel singer and preacher, at Full Gospel Tabernacle in Memphis. It would be worth going to see him.
I saw Al at an Indiana casino in Oklahoma several years ago. He’s still got the incredible voice.
I spent a few hours flipping through YouTube late one night last week listening to him. This was one of the ones I hit replay on a few times. He’s still got it going on.
