Coal burner, still accurate.
Managed a 3″ 50 yard group offhand, no issues at all.
Now if the SOB would just run reliably I’d be tickled pink. If a sparrow pees in the next county, the powder gets wet.
Still, fun to shoot the old front stuffer.

‘Twas commie gun bang time today here at Torii Haus.
Finally took the factory 10 round mag off the SKS and fitted in the 30 rounders.
Couple of FTFs on the cast bullet reloads. Lead got hung up on 3 of them.
Will try jacketed factory ammo in the Hi Cap mags next time and see how it goes.
Also fired up the 7.62 X 54 Mosin Nagant carbine with some medium powder loads. It shoots fine, and the extended bayonet really helped the cool factor.
Neighbor and #2 son and pretty girlfriend all got to shoot and the smell of gunpowder was pretty groovy.
