Like a rock

poured ten feet of concrete curb yesterday. Mixed by hand and poured by hand.
This morning, I’m stiffer than the concrete.

Only thing harder than mixing concrete and laying it by hand, is breaking it up and hauling it away by hand.

I done mixed a lot of mortar in my young days. “Boy, another pan! More slump!”
