A week out from the election, all I can say, is we’re fucked. The idiots have the power of the media, the unions, the schools, and more; no matter how many people are disgusted by the current crop of fucktards, they are going to be either left in place or replaced by a new crop who are just as ignorant.
We will not vote our way out of this shit. Obamacare and all the associated bullshit is here to stay, and nothing we ever do in a voting booth will change that. Mark my words.

Sadly, I believe you are correct. The system, consisting of the big four, education, economics, government, and religion, isn’t about to let go it’s strangle hold on this nation. The big Tea Party fluff up is allowed to progress only as it is useful to he system and there will be politics as usual as soon as the elections are over.

Coincidence. I woke up shivering, with the meme of the Reichstag Fire and Nero Burning Rome. It was Rob Reiner’s staged words of fright, repeated all day on talk radio, that set up the nightmare. Or was it Bill Maher going “Duh,uh, duh,uh” in agreement while his audience applauded loudly that did it?

I think this movie is dumb. It’s got an idiot plot. You remember what that is? It’s the plot that falls apart if only the characters in it spoke to one another. Shitheads like Reiner and Maher are paid to keep this plot going.

What I am gonna do is make myself a nice, big boat and learn to sail it, and that way when the damn breaks, I can ride the flood instead of being swept under by it. Maybe even pull a few people in with me if the opportunity arises.
No, it’s not right. But demanding reality change to suit my tastes isn’t going to work, so I might as well learn to deal with it. Think on the verse “God is with me; what can man do to me?” It doesn’t mean that nothing bad will ever happen to me; it means that no matter what bad things happen, the rock I stand on will always be there, untouched. If I keep that in mind, I can weather anything.
Give voting a chance. The alternative is a lot harder and is even less certain of getting better results.

No doubt that the left will attempt to steal this election. They have been practicing this kind of thing for decades but the current crop of leftards seems particularly good at it. Elections are harder to steal when the outcome is not even close. The real fear is that a majority of Americans may actually favor serfdom in perpetuity.
