The Ryobi 18 volt cordless drill
That i purchased earliuer this year, would be the perfect tool to roto-root out all the crap in my sinuses; the small circular saw that came with it would. no doubt,. allow some cool air to the center of my brain which would blow away all traces of the splitting headache I now entertain.
Unfortunately, the constant repetition of Tom T Hall’s “Sneaky Snake”, playing on endless loop in the dusty recesses of my cranium, combined with the constant tinnitus, keeps me from being coherent enough to operate power tools.
More nyquil is apparently the answer.

I’m all too familiar with that kind of pain. Hope you feel better soon.
Nyqil is effective, but it’ll be more effective as an anesthetic if you chase it with bourbon.
YMMV
While it’s hippie-dippie crap at some level, seriously, try a Neti Pot.
My doctor suggested one for a sinus infection, and by God it helps soothe and clean out sinuses.
I use the Neti version with a squeeze bottle, positive pressure allows you to force some of that crud out. +2 to Sigivald.
Ditto on the Neti Pot and the NeilMed squeeze bottle version. It is a “Miracle cure” has kept me out of formerly annual sinus problems for many years.
Ditto on the Bourbon, with or without the NyQuil
I’d reccommend the DeWalt 18v over the Ryobi. Battery lasts longer…
I’ve had issues with the DeWalt. I switched to the Ryobi and I’ve been quite happy.
