The Osso Bucco
was incredible, even as leftovers.
I’m kind of surprised how good it was, actually, and my co-workers commented on the look and smell of it. Everyone was jealous, eating their arby’s and McDonalds.

That looked EXCELLENT.
I did something similar with a marinated venison shank tonight, that steeped for 24 hours and then was wrapped in smoked bacon and slow roasted. I’m not sure it was as good, but it was good.
