The GOP gave up just about everything they wanted (cuts to EPA, Planned Parenthood, at least $22 billion in cuts, etc) and the Democrats gave up…$6 billion.
Yeah, I don’t think the GOP even got a reach-around on this deal. And still they’re happy as pigs in shit.

If this goes on much longer….well, whether we like it or not, it’s going to come down Leading, Following or Getting out of the Way, and making sure that one is stocked up on the 3 B’s. Just like in 1861, you’ll have to choose a Side, ’cause No One gets to sit this one out. Sad to see it come to this, but the Republic can’t stay alive much longer doing Hopeless Change with Aid and Comfort from the RINOs.
The strange part is that both sides are crowing about a deal. Bipartisanship is never good for us.
But there wasn’t a bill passed or signed into law. So the government still technically and legally has no money to operate on and no legal authority to spend anything.
So what was Obama doing at the Lincoln memorial telling everyone it was open for business?
There is no “deal” in government. There is Voting on and passing bills into law.
