Same problem here, but E.S.T. I had to give it up at 0210hrs as it was just at the point after the funeral.

Got it on DVD awhile back, and promptly mislaid it in a box somewhere. One of my favorite movies, even if it does portray West Texans a little cartoonishly. My family was in the cattle and oil business, but certainly not on that scale, and it’s not that unflatteringly portrayed.
The Dirty Dozen is the same way for me. If I come across it on TV, especially if I catch the beginning 45 minutes with the setup, which has some of the best rapid fire dialogue I ever saw in a movie, there goes the next 3 hours.

She Wore a Yellow Ribbon, The Quiet Man, Winchester 73, To Hell and Back, Sergeant York, The Sea Hawk and The Great Escape are the same for me. One of these days I will manage to turn one of them off and go to bed, even though I have them all on DVD.
Got it on DVD. Epic.

I didn’t know. So I’ll watch it.
But I used to be a sucker for “The Longest Day”, like that.

Nah, probably not…
