Just took the Oglet for her first drive around the neighborhood. She did OK, actually.
We have only two Explorers and an Escape, which are not easy cars to learn to drive on.
When did I get this old?

Age creeps up on you and whacks you on the back of your head. And your joints and your eyes and your ears and other important areas.
Fortunately, you don’t remember what you are losing.
fortunately your outlook on life remains the same, just at a slower pace.
Let me teach her….We can use your car though. I’ll teach her bootleggers turns and four wheel drifting and such….Then we’ll put her in my truck for a real education on how to wring every bit from an automobile without rolling it…..
When that time comes, she’ll go to Skip barber so she can learn it from the pros. Drifting will be a long time in her future.

But truth be told, I feel like time does tend to creep up on me and smack me on the back of my head…..
