I’ve long thought that this is how we will rid ourselves of the EPA. Eventually people are going to realize that the Feds can’t arrest everybody, or shut every power plant down, or stop every wetland from being filled in, or close down every dam, and the EPA will simply be ignored.
This sounds like one of the opening salvos.
