I was listening to excerpts from the Roberts hearing last night, and heard this little gem from Chuck Schumer:
“This process is getting a little more absurd the further we move. ”

He then goes on to say Roberts isn’t committing to anything.

Hello? Chuck? is there ANYONE in there? He can’t make comment under oath about how he would rule on ANYTHING that might come before the court. Do you know what the supreme court does?
