Blueberries and milk as a late night snack
combined with a handful of almonds, make for a really impressive morning, I’ll tell you. The color and texture are to say the least unusual.

Did it look like you ate a Martian?
Try using Kefir instead of milk. The probiotics add to the impact. My local Trader Joe’s carries many different flavors. If you can’t find Kefir, then try Lassi from India.

I likes me some fresh blueberries with a good German Lager.
Brad: The problem with actual milk would be…..?
I also enjoy putting frozen blueberries on top of cereal fortified with nuts, and pouring heavy whipping cream over it. Almost like having blueberry ice-cream in the mix.
PK: That’s dangerous. Where’d I put that cream? Dang.
While doing the paperwork after more than one morning Power Dump I’ve looked at the result and thought:
OMG?!?!?!…. oh, yeah…. blueberries last night. Whew.
Try raw milk and or cream! If that doesn’t take you back more than a few years, I don’t know what will. Plus you get all the nutrients nature put into the moo juice in the first place (before modern manufacturing took em right back out). Might allow for blueberry and extra goodies not being quite so “rambuncious” when you greet the dawn.
Guy: yeah, I grew up on raw milk, to this day “Modern” milk has a metallic taste to me, compared to it’s raw counterpart. What I wouldn’t give for a quart of that delivered to the house each day!!
We don’t get it delivered, but a 45 min drive once a week gets us all the milk and cream we want. Seriously considering getting some beef/pork from the same folks to fill the freezer (grass fed beef, no hormones, etc).
Now if Gru and I can synchronize our watches…
Damn, I had that same dump without any berries. Musta been the Superbowl Chili I was auditioning.
Steel cut oatmeal and rattlesnake meat(sauted). Cures what ails ya.
Og,
No prob with milk . . . just figured the active agents in Kefir would give an extra “kick” to your WTF quotient.

weightloss tablets…
