I am going to Hell, do not pass go, do not collect $200.
And this is only one of the many reasons why.
Last sunday, it dawned on me who our new associate pastor most resembles. I knew it was someone famous, but i couldn’t place the name. Short guy, husky, big pompadour….
Oh, lord.

Now I will not be able to get that image out of my head, forever. The new associate pastor is a plenty nice guy and i think he’ll do extremely well. I just won’t ever be able to look at him again without thinking about hamburgers.

Mmmmmmmm, hamburgers!
I just won’t ever be able to look at him again without thinking about hamburgers.
Which may come in handy if the sermon is exceptionally verbose.
It’s a good thing for you that God loves hamburgers. :D
he must; why else would he fill them with such tasty meat?
When I was in college the head of the Electrical Engineering Department bore an uncanny resemblance to Moe of the Three Stooges. I always was tempted to chuckle a bit every time I saw him.
Thirty or so years ago my wife, kids and I drove to S.Dak. and back from Seattle on the then incomplete I-90. In every major town along the way we stopped at Big Boys to have a burger and some of their strawberry-rhubarb pie. It was so good, I obviously never forgot it, and have never had it’s equal, although I search constantly.

Every time I see a guy with that ‘ridge down the center’ hairstyle I want to go over and ask “Ever heard of ‘Astroboy’?”
and the problem of thinking of hamburgers is ???
it distracts from paying attention to the mass. Say, do you feel hungry?
