Sliced some deer up to soak through the night and tomorow,and hope to have it ready for the dehydrator tomorrow.
Started with 3 lbs, so figuring for shrinkage, I should end up with… carry the three… four ounces.

I learned how to make it in the bush in Zambia, in the Bangueulu flats. lechwe biltong is still the best.
