I thought I heard
Dick Morris proclaiming victory in the Supreme Court challenge to Obamacare, but it was some Steve guy from WSJ.
Thank God, because Dick Moreass has the worst record of predicting shit of anyone I know.

Doesn’t matter. It is only “settled law” when the left wins. Social medicine is a fact in the future of America. Maybe not this time, but still inevitable. Though I will prefer not having to call it “Obamacare” forever.
FDR had his foot-draggers on the court too. It took a little doing, but eventually he got the whole “new deal” through.
Still to look forward to:
1. Obama asking, “How many divisions does the Supreme Court have”?
2. Obama administration ignoring the court ruling and telling the American public that he has to do the right thing and can’t wait for the courts to break their internal gridlock.
3. Continue implementing all of the parts of Obamacare without calling it that or citing the legal power to do so, but doing it “just because it is the right thing”.
Even if we vote him out, we will see a flurry of new appointments, laws, and executive decrees that somehow the Republicans won’t have the votes or courage to undo.
I now automatically assume the exact opposite of whatever Morris predicts.
Prof. Hale: Yeah, but he had to pack the Supreme Court to get it done because the first time he tried the New Deal failed judicial review. So FDR cheated he added members of HIS choosing to the court and then he won the 2nd time around…..Look it up it’s part of our history…
