   I am on vacation all week. I made it until Monday 11:00AM before getting the first call.

   I went on vacay the first week I had a cell phone. My supervixor called before noon on Monday. I went in and set my phone on his desk then continued my vacation telling him I’d be back in two weeks. Never had that problem again. Sometimes one needs to be firm with the intellectually challenged. My experience with mid level managers is that they are usually not the sharpest knives in the drawer. Management needs someone to fill that space, but don’t ever want to move a competent person up because then they have a difficulty filling that spot on the factory floor actually putting out brush fires and keeping things moving smoothly and profitably.

   I had the same problem when I first went on disability. My boss was still calling me months later to find out how to complete some reports.

   Every time I take off, I get texts and emails from work about shit that isn’t working.

   It never fucking ends.
