It’s pretty remarkable they can make their womenfolk obey and wear the veil. Mostly when I see some guy try to tell a grown black woman how she should dress and behave, she usually applies a brick upside his head.

After growing up in Gary through the change and watching one stereotype, the criminally insane gang-banger destroying neighborhoods in a single wallop, turning a functioning city into a bankrupt wreck, it would be a refresher to see a group of blacks turn a wreck of a ghetto into a functioning, low crime, drug free, nuclear family community. Here’s a group of men not out smoking crack and shooting up the neighborhood who are trying to change the environment so as to change the product. Who wants to be known as this, forever?

I may be alone, but unlike a lot of people I know, mostly who profess to be very liberal and open-minded, I don’t see the black race as, except for a few prodigies, genetic failures who can’t help but make a mess of things whenever you get a critical mass of them running things. They may not need Uncle Sam as a benevolent master after all.
I don’t know why I have this new soft spot for the African_Americans, considering all the grief they gave me growing up. Maybe it’s this darn taking Catholic beliefs seriously instead of living like a secular humanist nowadays.
mts, we have similar situations in the KT :) I think it is the feather hats, personally. Although my Commandery is famous for its drill team, and still drills pretty damn well even in these dissolute days.
