How can we sleep while our France is burning?
OK, with apologies to Midlight Oil.
Look, this is no surprise. This is not even unexpected. Anyone with a couple brain cells to rub together knew this was coming. An unarmed populus (except for the Muslims. Sharia doesn’t exclude them from having weapons and that is all they care about) incapable of defending itself, surrounded by socialist nannyisim? And rioting Muslims? Meat for the slaughter.
After French collaborators sold France to germany for thirty pieces of silver, a resistance movement began, and grew. The spirit of those people helped win the war.
As much as people malign the French, I suspect most of the French people are little different from anyone, they only want to live their lives. And, I hope, they still have the spirit that caused those men and women to risk, and lose, their lives, fighting the germans.
Pray for the people of France. Pray that they can live in peace again, and pray that they understand who and what brought them where they are.
Is France unarmed OG? I know the Kippers in Britain are, and proud of it, the tossers…but I thought gun ownership was legal in France…
Posession of firearms or ammunition is banned without oficial approval.
Some exceptions apply, Most of those exceptions are to accomodate public figures and the very wealthy. However, as is always the case, a large black market exists for illegal weapons. And who might be buying those weapons? Law abiding citizens only. NOT!!!
The laws, by the way, are incredibly complext and full of wierd loophoes, as I read them. Still, don’t get caught packing.
