Take a couple pounds of deer meat. Any kind will do. Better if it’s the cheap cuts, like the shanks.

Cut into 1/2″ cubes.

Brown in a pan with a little olive oil, and some garlic. OK, a lot of garlic. use four cloves. Scratch that, use a whole head. (Peeled)

DO NOT COOK. Just brown a bit, give some of the flavor of the garlic and some caramelizing.

Put in crock pot.

Add a can of cream of mushroom soup
Add a can of French Onion soup
Add two little cans of mushrooms
Cook on low for 8-10 hrs.

Add 8 0z sour cream and 2 oz cream cheese (Cubed)

Keep on low, stirring until the sour cream and cream cheese are incorporated.

Serve over noodles or rice. Warm tasty food for a cold november night.
