This year we went as far as nailing up a few 1 X 4 and 2 X 4’s and resting attaching a cheap seat to them…but you method is SOOOOOO much more mobile. We were limited to one trench by our method.

Shitting is an old sport. Everyone has their solution to it, and many of them are similar.
And here I was squatting on a root over the river bank. Tissue would have been nice. Had the pack, but the shovel and tissue weren’t in it yet. Corrected now.
I would have thought a larger hole would be in the spec.
