This is the kind of stuff that gives me the classic RCOB: San Francisco bans all guns. Except, of course, cops. Yeah, and the criminals, those guy’s won’t probably follow the law, because, uh, get this: they’re CRIMINALS.
Why we can’t put these guys in a room and give them all a chicago tuneup I don’t know. Anyone who passes legislation like this could definitley benefit from having a typewriter cover placed over their head and being beaten severely with a Chicago phone directory. Fucktards.
‘Swatcha get when ya put Democrats in office. They don’t believe that the law is there to be obeyed until repealed or amended; they believe that the law is an obstacle to be gotten around.
An’ if ya think about it, it’s a big sign of how corrupt they are. They don’t WANT law to apply and be applied even-handedly. They prefer a muddy state in which they can arbitrarily enforce their whim.
An’ the’r prob’ly sayin’ that the 2nd Amendment dun’t apply t’ them — that’s a Federal law.
But what they miss is that the “shall not be” is absolute. It don’t refer to Congress or the States — it sez “The Right of the People to Keep and Bear Arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.” Period. That applies t’ ever’body.
