Automatic knives have been legal in Oregon for ages.
Not to carry, though, unless you’re a cop or a cripple.
(Which I still find amusing – I can get a CCW and carry a pistol.
But I can’t carry a knife that opens with a spring, ’cause those things are dangerous weapons!)
