I don’t often do
product endorsements, but I will now. THis is an ammo wallet that I just received from Jeff’s outfitters.
It’s available in several big thumping calibers and I’m looking greatly forward to using it in the field. It holds ten rounds of 500 very snugly- I’m letting it sit loaded so the leather sets to the shape.
These are a different color than Jeffs usually carrys so he’s closing them out. If you ever found yourself in a hunting situation digging in your pockets for a shell, you know how important these can be. I could not make this myself fir $30, no damned way.
They’re even a good deal at the regular price of $44.95.
Thanks for the link!
*I like it moist of all, I think, because it’s impossible to make the cartridges “Clink” agianst one another, and the flap opens without making any kind of a noise.
Definitely handy if you hae a single shot. I keep some in the top left pocket of my hunting coat. It has loops for individual bullets, so when I use Hi Power I can have 5 in the magazine and 5 in backup. If i have to use them all to harvest deer I expect there will be 10 dead ones, but it could happen.
Tried to go there, but it appears his website is down.
If he has one in 45-70, I’ll buy one.
They’re back online now. I think they might have been updating.
THey have some smaller cartridge sizes but I bet the 450-400 would probably work OK.
Down again then, apparently. I’ll try later.
No one really NEEDS 10 rounds kept snugly together in one place. What sort of Psycho are you? We need a law banning high capacity leather cartridge wallets. Don’t wait until some psycho with a trap door buffalo gun shoots up a day care near you.
Sorry for the trouble but the website is down. Should be back up and running later this morning.
Jeff
site is now back up and running.
