Fucktard of the night.
last nights chief fucktard was a prius Taxi, of all things. it was on the xway putting along at about 10 mph with the blinkers on, miles of backed up traffic behind it. I don’t know if it had troubles, but if it did, he passed four exits that had gas stations where he might have pulled over. And good neighborhoods- Hinsdale, Brookfield, etc.
When I finally managed to get around him he was driving along as if what he was doing was perfectly normal, sipping a coffee and bebopping to tunes. the roads were wet but not remotely slippery.
idiots.

Probably a cop wanna be doing his dooty to slow all those speeders down.
Most new Prii have a decent traction control setup…they can drive in slippery as well as your or my truck can.
Older ones (like my first one) would sometimes pull the power back to nearly zero when things got slippery. But it never kept me from driving at a reasonable pace. Even when it engaged, it was only for a few moments.
yeah, I think Paul got it right, he was showing us all how we should be driving. it was a Chicago Flash Cab in case anyone wonders.
It might be understandable if this was the first snow we got this winter, but COME ON, people! It’s been dumping inches of snow every week, and there’s THREE FEET of the stuff on the ground!
Shit, if you’re not used to it by now, MOVE TO FLORIDA. And get out of our way, damn it; we’ve got shit to get done. Even if you don’t.
If they featured Priuses as the “victim” cars at Monster Truck events, they’d sell-out every seat for weeks.
Especially if they offered a “ride along” ticket, as a passenger in one of the trucks.
No telling how much money they could get for that ride!
Same goes for (not so) Smart Cars and their ilk.
Oddly though, I note that the Fiat and Mini drivers seem to get right on down the road.

Indeed. And I’m not picking on him because he drove a prius, but because he was a dick. he just happened to be IN a prius. I know sane people who drive them- though I can’t reconcile it with sanity.
