If the score isn’t in the safe-range for admission &/OR scholarship at her choice of esteemed universities, remember that there are universities of equivalent stature in Canada and Europe that have tuition and fees a fraction of what you will pay in the US, and who will ask “What’s an ACT?” if you mention it.
If you have heritage in one of the EU countries that grants citizenship by descent, then getting that passport will qualify you for nearly free tuition at universities in Scandinavia and the Baltics where nearly all Business and Science degrees are taught fully in English.
