Winter’s back, broken?
forties and fifties for the next ten days. Doesn’t seem too warm but coming off a winter loaded with below zero days, it’s pretty good. I’ll take it.
Busy as a three peckered goat at work and at home. Trying to get ahead of a few issues without getting too far behind others. And learning new skills all the time, some at breakneck speed. Hope I can keep up.

It does get harder to acquire new skills when the noggin is getting near capacity. I have been taking Tae Kwon Do with the son and we are both Brown Belts. One of the requirements is we know all the WTF forms as well as the Palgwe forms. These are continuous forms using 19 to 38 different strikes, block or kicks and there are 6 levels one each per level.
I am having the devil of a time remembering them all.
But, Never give up, Never give in.
paul: Good for you. if I was that flexible I would too, but my knees are shot.
It is a lot of kicking. We have one guy who is really over weight and his kicks do not get nearly as high as they should.
For that matter I would probably knee cap someone if my high kicks ever landed.
I know the exercise has helped me with a lot of my skeletal problems. It hurts some, but the over all pain level has dropped.
That being said, it is a lot easier for the younger crowd.
