I wish I could take a sling blade to the spammers, one and all.
On a morning like this, with the rain falling like hammers on the roof, the dog wakes up freaked out. I wish I could console him, but he’s sure the thunder is going to make the house and everything in it explode. So we give him a doggie downer and he naps all day.
Me, I can’t wait to get out in the rain and drive around. I love it most of all because no shoveling is required.
Rain can be fun. Sorry to hear the dog does not like thunder. Not many do.
Get your 4-legged buddy a Thundershirt. Sounds crazy, I was skeptical, but it really works. Storms never bothered Barney, my standard schnauzer, until he was about 12 ( I lost him last Aug just 3months shy of 14) & the shirt was the only thing that calmed him. With it on he would just lay down and go to sleep. Amazing. Seriously, give it a try. Oh, they sent an e-letter the other day, it now comes in camo! (This isn’t a paid review! I happily paid real money for Barney’s)
Max is a great dog, but I think he’d try to snap at me if I put something on him. I mau have to give it a try. Failing that, duct tape might be indicated.
Duct tape is always good although removal could be a beatch, much snapping may occur.
lol. I was thinking more duct tape for me.
