Just in case
there is ONE of my three readers that has not gotten the message, PLEASE go out and buy the Book of Barkley. Having known both the lady and the dog, I can tell you that there is precious little artistic license involved in this, the events described therein are true, I was there for a few of them myself.
Anyway, it’s doing well, and that really isn’t a surprise, but it should be doing better. Go and buy!!!!

I’m sure the book is doing fine, it just hurts too much to read a book like that.
The Book of Barkley is more than a story of a great dog and his all-too-short stay on Earth. It’s a story of how a relationship between a human being and a dog can be profoundly transformative. I found it to be uplifting.
