Like a longtailed cat in the roomful of rocking chairs
As Paul said yesterday. I have so many irons I the fire I don’t know which one to shove up my ass next. In between one emergent issue and another, my dear old friend and confidant Mlle Jenny said “I would listen to Bela Fleck play scales” I think I might too. it’s what I had as background music as I traffic jammed my way home last night. Here’s a sample:
I especially like Sam Bush at 2:25: “Two old men playing in the grass, one has his finger up the other one’s HEEEYYYYY!!!”
Hope your day goes well. I merely hope to survive mine.

I always liked Flatt and Scruggs. Chet Atkins, and the group that played on the Andy Griffith show. They just played great music, and looked almost bored. I thought that was amazing. Just relaxed and smooth.
Jerry Reid and Roy Clark looked like they were about to bust wide open when they played. Looked like there were working.
Sam Bush is from here and plays at SKYPAC when he comes home. He’d play all night if we did tell him we need to close the doors and go home.
JD Crowe plays there too and could not be a nicer gentleman if he tried.
