   Ed, sorry amigo, wasn’t me. I delayed-enlisted in ’75, went active duty in ’76. Just one hitch.

   That delayed enlistment though, got me the OLD G.I. bill, and even though the last helicopter had long since lifted off from Saigon, am categorized as a “Vietnam Era” vet. Not earned, let me emphasize. CATEGORIZED, and that’s their listing, not mine.

   Still, I’d use it like a hammer on any idiot libtard, as necessary.

   Thank YOU for your service, sir. Especially as you WERE in during the Vietnam Era, with all that entails.

   First round is on me, should we ever meetup.

   Joined in 73 ended up in Iceland vice the south China Sea, at the end of the VietNam War. Ret back in 97. And if any of ya’ll find yourselves up here in the hinterlands…the first round is on me.
