I’m thankful today for the family and friends that have made this last year bearable, who helped to comfort me in my times of sorrow and celebrated with me in my times of joy.

I’m thankful that the Oglet made it home safely from college yesterday, and is sleeping mere yards from here after sitting up and cooking and yapping with her mother all night long.

I’m thankful for the way my underwear always have the opening to te fly on the right side, no matter if they’re inside out or right side out. This seemed a miracle to me, for many years, until I worked it out. It’s less miraculous now, but it’s still a very good thing.
