Joe wasn’t my favorite artist but he was ok. I liked the things he did more than not, and some things he did very well. Here’s one of them, with what seems to be a barely postpubescent Leon Russel.

Wow. Just saw him do a great turn in Across the Universe.
I remember the first time I saw him. Was on Carson in 68 or so.
But he introduced me to Leon Russell.
