   And in Sunny So Cal, where Winter is a couple months of unpleasant precipitation and cooler temps, the traffic laws as they apply to bicycles as vehicles have been permanently suspended.
   Run stop signs? No Problem
   Bicycle on the sidewalk? No Problem
   Ride the wrong way? No Problem
   Leave the bicycle lane to make a left turn from the dedicated left turn lane? No Problem.
   Roll along in the share-the-lane lane a full 10 miles per hour slower than traffic? No Problem.
   Bicyclists are vehicles except when they want to be pedestrians.
