Where is my Global Warming, Mr Gore?
I’m sick to death of this.
Used to be, or at least it seemed it used to be, that there was a bunch of winter, that I used to have to frigging walk through on my way to school, then there was thanksgiving, then Christmas, then some more winter, then spring.
Now there’s snow. No snow. Snow. No snow. Freezing cold but no snow. Snow. Cold, cold, warm, cold. snow, no snow. Cold, warm, warm, really warm, snow, no snow. Six inches of snow, snow, no snow. How about it could maybe be fall, then winter, then spring, then summer? This bites big hairy goat ass. Oh, and don’t even get me STARTED on my got-damned heating bill.

So sorry to hear your snow problems, Oggy. It was 70 here today, expecting 76 on Tuesday and 78 on Wednesday. Beautiful, right? Not quite. We haven’t had any real snow all winter. We’ve had less than 1/10″ of precipitation so far this year. Not too good for the farmers around these parts. We’d be happy to take some of that snow for ya. But until it gets here, we’ll have to settle for getting a springtime tan.
My father NEVER tried to pull the old, “I had to walk to school in the snow.” bit on me. It would have been a pretty hard sell, being that Dad was born and raised in Los Angeles.
On the other claw, Mom did, in Kansas.
We had snow here, buckets of it. Still do sometimes.
I think we’ve had about 4-5 inches of snow this winter. I’ve been sadly disappointed in the lack of it.
