Cardinal George was complicit in much of what I consider unsavory about the DOC, but I only know the things I know, and not all the things he knew, and based on his personal attitude I’m willing to give him the benefit of the doubt that he did the very best job he could. May G-d grant him the mercy I hope He grants me.
