I don’t understand why they felt they needed to outlaw kangaroos as a “service animal”. There’s nothing in that story about the kangaroo doing anything wrong. No kangaroo mayhem, no kangaroo destruction.
It seems like, “Look! There’s something we haven’t regulated! Quick! We need more laws”.
So who cares if somebody wraps a baby ‘roo up in a blanket and carries it around? Why should anyone care?
And, you know, “Kangaroo Mayhem” isn’t a bad name for a rock band.

If you want to carry a kangaroo around with you, you need to carry it in a pouch.
They allow miniature horses but not baby kangaroos? Outrageous!
