There isn’t much to say
by way of 9/11, that hasn’t already been said.
People forgot the horror. People are good at forgetting. And now we’re going to welcome to our country, all the same assholes that cheered on 9/11/01.
I’m done. I never had any delusion that I could convince anyone of anything, and I don’t harbor any of those delusions now. I can’t reason with people who won’t reason, and that’s as far as I’m going to go. So I’m going to try to lead as good of a life as I can, and help the people I can help, and do the things I know are right, and try to teach my child to do the same.
And pray. Politics isn’t going to save us, because everyone is an idiot. And I may be their king. Prayer certainly can’t hurt. Maybe if enough of us do, the Lord will come back and drown all the assholes like he did last time.

No, He promised He wouldn’t drown the world again. Fire, maybe….
Not forgetting over here…
Not forgetting over here…
Forget? No.
But I see it all around me, and it has the same saddening effect.
Soft people will fail in hard times, and most will never see it coming.

“God gave Noah the rainbow sign, no more water but fire next time…”
yeah, Pascal talks about the Nuclear Fire the Iranians will be lighting. He may be right.
Hard to forget the ash from the fires falling in the yard, the smell, the weekly notice of identifying remains, but mostly the boys i coached in Little League who grew up too fast and went off to war.
Good news! They won’t need to import much uranium. They just “found” a high grade deposit in their own country!
I would HATE to be one of our political leaders on judgement day. “I gave you MY authority to protect and serve those people, and you did WHAT?!?!?!?!?” Yeah, that’s not gonna be a fun day, probably will feel like a 1000 years.

Indeed, STx, indeed.
The Bible spoke of events similar to what we see today. Many say, yeah it happened before but there was no Israel then…
Never forget here either. Sadly it seems the endless propaganda, bread and circuses, and total lack of any real leadership to speak of, have done what they set off to do (and are well on their way to meeting the rest of their agenda(s) as well) , make this day like most any other day with perhaps little more than a twinge of conscience for those who still have something resembling same.
The above applies to at least 52% of the country…though I expect that percentage is increasing as time goes by.
Congress just told Israel your on you own. I think Bebe and the IDF knew that was the case for the last few years. They will do what the need for their nation to survive. Good luck to them.
In Europe, the EU and Western civilization is going away. When the German PM says the German people need to forget about a future Germany being white and Christian, the country is doomed. England and France are capitulating. The old WARSAW pact countries might as well think about going back to the Russians.
Here in the US, we are facing the same challenge internally but from different forces. What happen over the next year and a half will define if we remain the republic the founders hope for or we descend in to the bread and circuses.
I am optimistic.
I need to re-read Tom Kratman’s Caliphate, because as I recall it, I think he pegged exactly what is beginning to happen to Europe.
I’ve grown tired of people referring to 9/11/2001 as a “tragedy”. The Titanic was a tragedy. The North Ridge earthquake was a tragedy. The tsunami a few years ago was a tragedy.
9/11/2001 was an atrocity. Those 3,000 people didn’t die in an accident or natural disaster. They were murdered, intentionally and with malice. I saw a good many of them die with my own eyes, I was in Brooklyn and was watching from across the East River when the first tower fell.
Amen!
