I do visit your blog pretty near daily, and i can as easily visit Day By Day, I just want to see it in a paper, so I know Chris is making some ca$h
Good point about seeing it in the paper. The next time the Indianapolis Star People want me to upgrade my Sunday only subscription to a daily subscription, I’ll tell them only if they ad Day By Day.
By the way they keep offering me the upgrade for free for the first year.
If the Star would dump Pearls Before Swine for Day By Day, I would cheer.
Sad thing is, about the only reason we subscribe is for coupons and the comix page. Although I do read the editorials from time to time when I get low on bile and vitriol.
Sheesh sounds like your paper is a kindred spirit with my local rag “The Rockford Register-Red-Star” I wouldn’t say it was a bad paper, only that I have more respect for my refuse and dead fish then to wrap it, or them, up in it. And no, they won’t publish DbD either. They were asking for suggestions for new cartoons for their comic section awhile back, and obviously Chris didn’t get the nod. But that sterling comic which cries out with wit and wisdom *cough* *wheeze* *gag* “Get Fuzzy” did. Ah well, who’d a thought a bastion of liberal/progressive thinking would show any signs of class at this late date?
