Issue 3 wasn’t libertarian – not only did it granted a government monopoly, like most other iniatives it set arbitrary limits as well.
Issue three, legalizing marijuana failed by a huge margin. Issue 2 which would have created constitutionally protected monopolies to grow, and sell the marijuana failed, but by a smaller margin. There is still some hope, we just got to get a conservative governor instead of the spineless squish Kasich that we have now. At least he balanced the budget.
Personally, if you want to smoke weed that should have no greater onus that drinking your self into oblivion.
to much government is most of the problem in this country as it is.
Real life comes first… We’ll be around…
