You get spoiled.
Working with a team. I had one that was very good, and am moving to one that is less than perfect. I hope to have the opportunity to resolve that. In the meantime things that I got used to working flawlessly are taking effort i did not expect.
You have the opportunity to mentor. I guess that’s one of way of looking at it.
If you can mentor more to the good. Sometimes the indigents will not give credence to the new guy. Each company is different. Hope you find you stride soon.
