The expressways this week
Today, though I ordinarily work from home, I went into the office, for a variety of reasons.
I left at Four.
By Five, I could STILL SEE THE OFFICE.
fucktards.

I used to have that problem in Dallas. Now I live 6 miles and 8 minutes from the office.
I love it.
Ha ha.
I have to drive for three and a half hours to go and have a look at traffic lights.
Like you, I walk to work, through the kitchen and into my office in the back of the house.
Although once in a while I do have to make that 600 mile commute to the office in DC. But the hotel is right across the parking lot from the office and the Metro station is about half a mile down the street if I want to go into town, so I can’t complain. Much :)
I paid six bucks for two trips thru the hellhole that is the toll road along I80 on the south side of Chicago yesterday. If there was any decent way around, you could bet I’d have avoided that crap.
To pay to go thru there is lunacy.
