On Saturday
I went to a service celebrating the life of an old, dear friend.
That friend helped me in all the times when I needed help, financial, moral, ethical. And I tried very hard to show my gratitude by helping him and his family in any way I could. I helped fix some machines, I planted the seeds of his automation program, I advised him to the extent of my abilities to advise anyone, about those very few areas where my knowledge was of any assistance to him.
If all goes well, one day next week I will be in Africa participating in a second memorial there. While America was the country of his birth, he always considered himself an African. There will be some jumping through hoops. No doubt there will be some difficulties. The very least I can do is to assist in his final journey.
Farewell, Ken, husband, father, brother, son. Warrior, Sportsman, innovator, inventor. Friend.
My condolences to you and all those who mourn the loss of your old and dearly loved friend.
My heart breaks for those impacted by a man of his caliber. He is pleased you are going to assist in getting him home. Thoughts and prayers for all
I am sorry for the loss of your friend.
I know you are hurting….If ya need to talk, Just call.
