Old broads
In his “weekened women” segment Kim mentions the lovely Sofia Loren several times. I’ve always been a fan of Sofia, but now, she’s appearing in a Pirelli calendar, in nothing but her earrings. I’m damned if I’m not gonna get one of those calendars.

My character in the Dolly stories of the Greek Goddess Aphrodite looks a lot like Sophia Loren. In that movie where they had to drag a cannon up a mountain or something. I think with Anthony Quinn, circa 1962. (I saw it in B&W on an NBC Saturday Night at the Movies when I was a tyke.)

“The Pride and the Passion”. Sinatra almost caused an international incident during the film. Sofia was hard not to stare at, I remember.
Amazing how well she’s aged. I should look so good…
